Southwest Las Vegas is also a large unincorporated area outside of the city limits of Las Vegas proper but located in the Las Vegas Valley. Due to its proximity to Las Vegas and recreational amenities available in the southeast it is starting to become a popular location for development. The beautiful and prestigious communities of Spanish Trails and Spanish Hills are two of the most well known communities located in this area, with more being developed.

This area will soon be connected via the Las Vegas Beltway, which will help to stimulate additional construction and growth. Some additional communities located in Southwest Las Vegas include Enterprise, Paradise and Spring Valley.
