- Exposure via our “Homes by Price” Glossy Magazine This full color glossy publication is one of the cornerstones of our Core Marketing Advantage Program - it is distributed via hundreds of outlets throughout the Las Vegas area including physician’s offices, automotive dealerships (luxury and standard), grocery and convenience stores, retail stores and many other locations.

- Color Brochures We develop high quality glossy brochures for each property, with a minimum of eight photos per home. These are mailed out via any inquiry about your house in an information packet and sent out digitally via e-mail.
We put quality time and work into these brochures - this marketing collateral will include high quality photos, descriptions of the general features of your property and any unique attributes that your property may have.
- Virtual Tour Many of our competitors do not set up a 360 degree virtual tour for all of their listings in an effort to save money and scrimp on customer service. We take the opposite position, 80% of all homes are viewed online and we believe it’s critical to provide this ability.
