Aliante
Aliante is one of the newest Del Web Master Plan communities located in North Las Vegas and it is being built on approximately 1,900 acres, with 7,000 homes and 20,000 residents projected for this community, with Del Webb’s Sun City, Aliante, KB Home, Pulte, DR Horton and Pardee Homes contributing to this project.

Aliante is situated in North Las Vegas at the junction of Sheep Mountains and the desert, in a stunning picturesque location. The planned amenities of this beautiful community are extensive and include an amphitheater, a 20 acre nature discovery park, 18 home municipal golf course, two traditional parks, baseball and soccer fields, picnic areas and a sophisticated arroyo trail system.

Anthem
Anthem is another beautiful Del Webb Master Plan community spread out over 4,755 acres, nestled in the Black Mountains south of Las Vegas – located just 20 minutes from the downtown Las Vegas strip and the airport. Anthem offers spectacular natural high desert views in the daytime and a glittering view of the city of Las Vegas at night.
