Mesquite
Many people think of Mesquite as a week-end getaway destination for locals in the Las Vegas Valley as it is only about 45 miles in distance and approximately one hour away by car. It has a number of state parks that provide typical outdoor amenities centered on hiking or horse back riding and a fairground, private residential community and a Community College.

Laughlin
Laughlin is located approximately 90 miles south of Las Vegas and unincorporated, Laughlin is located on the banks of the Colorado river and in close proximity of the tri-state borders comprising, Nevada, California and Arizona.

Laughlin is a small city, comprising 8K residents but with a market size around it of 70K and is considered a destination resort area due to its proximity to the Colorado river and a number of attractive golf courses.

Laughlin is Nevada’s third ranked gaming area and it generates in excess of $500M (approximately) in revenue per annum – there are over ten resorts in the area and over 11K hotel rooms. The Mojave Generation Station is also located in this region, which generates electricity for more than 1M customers located in Nevada, Arizona and California.

Moapa Valley
The scenic area known as Moapa Valley is located about 59 miles northeast of Las Vegas right off of the major interstate, I-15 – it consists of the towns of Logandale, Overton, Warm Springs and Glendale as well as the town of Moapa.Total population of this area is under 7.5K and it is a very quiet community.

Mount Charleston
This picturesque town is located in the Spring Mountains in the Toiyabe National Forest and it is a short forty-five minute drive from Las Vegas. Mount Charleston offers skiing and snowboarding from November to April of each year and is a popular destination resort in the summer and winter for locals. It offers custom homes, some of which provide spectacular views surrounded by lush greenery afforded by the higher elevation.
