Number one – not having confidence in your real estate agent. Sometimes buyers will withhold information from his or her real estate agent for unknown reason which could include: perception of how our agents will perceive them, false confidence that they have all of the answers, withholding information based on their belief that it is not important.

Number two – purchasing the wrong home or property by getting caught up in the emotion of the moment or process. Save yourself time and some potential grief and financial hardships by making a list of the features that you are looking for and what you can live with and what you cannot.
