The unincorporated town of Laughlin is located approximately 90 miles form Las Vegas – situated on the banks of the Colorado River in the three corner region that joins Nevada, Arizona and California. Laughlin has approximately 8,000 residents with a population of 70,000 for the greater area. This river resort area is comprised of approximately 26% single family homes, 51% condominiums and town homes, 23% apartments, and less than 1% of trailer homes.
