Northeast Las Vegas is dominated by the highest concentration of apartments in the greater Las Vegas region and it has not experienced as much growth as other areas in the Las Vegas valley. However, there are several new communities under development offering spectacular view of Sunrise Mountain, Red Rock Canyon and city skyline. And, a large number of lots are available in such developments as Heritage Highlands and Solitude Estates. Residences in this area are also close to Nellis Air Force base, the Mormon Cathedral and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Unincorporated Communities within Clark County
There are approximately nineteen Census Designated Places (“CDPs”) within the greater Clark County area. Many of these CDPs include a mixture of residential, commercial and retail centers similar to other CDPs. These CDPs include: Sunrise Manor, Whitney and Winchseter.
