They immediately began their career as REALTORS®, sensing the tremendous growth that the greater Las Vegas area would undergo and the need for knowledgeable trained professionals, who would be absolutely committed to serving their clients.

Ruth and John selected Re/MAX Centralas their corporate brand 1990 after weighing other offers and companies; based on their belief in the level of customer services their affiliation with Re/MAX Central Corporation would enable them to provide their clients. They received the Re/MAX Central Top Team Award for Nevada year after year as a result of their commitment to serving their clients. It should be pointed out John And Ruth were one of the first REALTORS® in the US to have a professionally designed consumer website operating in 1994, which underscored their forward thinking in marketing and business development.

John and Ruth and Re/MAX Central have grown exponentially in the past eighteen plus years and helped hundreds of families, corporations and/or executives to move to the greater Las Vegas area. Re/MAX Central is in fact now home to over 100 top producing REALTORS® with two high profile locations that generate a tremendous amount of market visibility by virtue of their heavily trafficked geographic locations. John and Ruth have created one of the most professional offices in the real estate industry utilizing cutting edge web based technology where feasible to keep their team connected to their clients 24/7, utilizing sophisticated direct marketing processes that blend web, TV, print and direct mail methodologies to drive strong market awareness for all of their listings. Their two corporate offices feature state of the art 42” plasma televisions for clients to view virtual tours and pictures of listings, augmented with high speed internet connectivity.

Their passion for success and commitment to excellence in all things that touch their clients and business encompasses their belief in the importance of recruiting the best agents available in the market and then investing in them by building the standalone Re/MAX Central Las Vegas Training Center - where their “Take Flight Training System” methodology (which they developed) is taught with Tim Kuptz, Re/MAX CentralAdvantage, a partner in their training for all RE/MAX agents throughout the greater Las Vegas area.

Tangible Community Involvement
John and Ruth’s personal brands have always been about reinvesting back into the community they live in. They’ve actively supported the Children’s Miracle Network by matching the dollars that their agents contribute through transaction donations. Ruth also works on the Annual CMN Golf Charity Event as an envoy to bring in corporate donations.

Re/MAX Central donated thousands of dollars to rebuilding the Children’s Emergency Room at the Saint Rose De Lima Hospital. John is a Team Leader for the Sentinels of Freedom, which help the disabled Veterans move back into the work force. John and Ruth also support the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Charity events.

John and Ruth enjoy people and it shows each day in their work with their clients and staff. They share their time with their friends playing golf, playing cards, going to plays, traveling, watching birds, being parents to their Boston Terriers, and cooking.
