Greater Clark County also incorporates diverse communities including the MacDonald Ranch retirement community, offering its own Desert Willow golf course, Del Webb’s master planned Anthem community, which offers a variety of upscale tract and custom homes, Sun City Anthem, a master planned community for seniors. The greater Anthem area is undergoing significant growth due to its recent acquisition of a significant amount of Bureau of Land Management acreage.
