Senators have agreed to extend the Las Vegas Homebuyer $8K first time homebuyer tax credit, which is at present scheduled to expire at the end of this month. The next step will be for the senate to officially vote on approving the final Bill and then it will be sent to the House of Representatives, which has indicated already that it supports this extension for Las Vegas Homebuyers!
