		<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s good to report that <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Las Vegas Real Estate</span> numbers are improving, as we are seeing double digit increases in home prices in some areas.  Approximately 15 out of our 57 zip codes showed a double digit increase for the second quarter of calendar 2010.</p>
