The national media loves to harp on what’s wrong with Las Vegas real estate – don’t get us started on this week’s Time magazine article — you’d think we were all living in tents and playing cards all day. Wish we could conjure up Frank and have some of the boys give the writer a call…..We have some great things going on too!!
Case in point, our wonderful City Center Project is now less than four months away from opening on December first of this year! This project is a “next generation” casino complex comprising the “show girl gorgeous” 4,000 room Aria Hotel, Casino and Luxury Boutique, coupled with non gaming hotels, high rise condominiums and a massive 500,000 square foot dining, entertainment and shopping complex.
We have somewhere around 35-40 million people projected to visit Las Vegas next year, not counting the re-locations pouring in from every state in the Union and ROW (“rest of world”) -most of them will take a peek at the gorgeous City Center Complex at some point.
