Del Web at Madeira Canyon Launches New Plans at the “Club” in Southern Henderson
Lindsey Motley, Vice President of Sales, Del Webb, Southern Nevada, told us about their new plans at Madeira Canyon called the “Club” which is a guard gated community located on over 487 acres. An entire community of dream homes with every amenity you could want.

Commercial Announcements
- McCarran terminal garage finished – 6000 square feet. McCarthy built it for $121 million – started 12/08 – 300,000 hours on time and on budget.
- The Plaza located at Main Street and Fremont Street will reopen September 1, 2011 with remodeled Casino, Hotel rooms, and restaurants. The Plaza closed down for a face lift. Much of the new interior includes new fixtures, new furniture, new carpet and new wall coverings were purchased from the Fountainebleau which suspended construction for an undisclosed period of time.
- Ovation Development Corp broke ground on their $16,500,000 affordable housing complex called Winterwood Senior Apartments. It will have 142 units, 93 one bedroom units and 49 two bedroom units, on 4.2 acres.
- Denny’s restaurant leased 6,308 square feet at the Neonopolis located at 450 Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. Denny’s will add Las Vegas flair to it’s decor.
- Knight Transportation bought 10 acres for $1,850,000 inside the Cannery Commerce Center.
- Capstone Brokerage bought Lake Sahara Plaza for $1,550,000. The plaza is 12 years old and has 12, 320 square feet on .68 acres.
- Colonial Property Management LLC bough Eastern Canyon Office Plaza for $1,225,000. The office plaza is five years old with 9439 square feet in a single story building.
