We have been posting about this for months but affordability is driving Las Vegas Real Estate Sales. We have levels of affordability in the Las Vegas real estate market that we have not seen in 3-5 years, again, depending upon price point, neighborhood, amenities, etc.

Affordability is so good that Builders in most cases, depending on the price point, cannot build new homes on a price per square footage basis that is competitive to existing home prices points.

This is not to say that we do not recommend showing our clients new homes, as there is some high quality inventory available and some great deals. So, if you are interested in a new home we can show you some beautiful homes, with affordable prices.

Affordable Las Vegas Real Estate Driving Investors
