We are pleased to report that Las Vegas Real Estate is Appreciating for the first time since 2007! The resale median price for a Las Vegas Home in June increased $1,000. from a year ago to just over $125,000. This is the first year over year increase in existing home prices that Las Vegas has experienced since the first quarter of calendar 2007.
Las Vegas Drives International Sales
In the last week we’ve had investors purchasing multiple units from Israel, Canada and China, underscoring the affordability of our local Las Vegas Real Estate and the desirability of our good friends from outside the US who want to have a second home here or rental property.
We should also point out that in the last 3-6 months we have seen an increasing number of investor inquiries to purchase Las Vegas Real Estate, especially in the “hot as the desert sun in July” $75-150K price range.
