Margaret Kelly, the CEO of RE/MAX International will be on CNBC tonight ahead of the President’s State of the Union Address, from 8-9:00PM EST on CNBC.
She will be talking about housing issues ahead of the President’s speech that will touch on homebuyer tax credit, loan modification, Short Sales, jumbo loan financing and the national outlook on housing for 2010.
Her other scheduled guest on the “State of the Union Special Preview” will include: Mr. Don Peebles, a well know commercial real estate entrepreneur whose company holds an estimate $4B portfolio of development properties, Neel Kashkar, the interim Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury, who helped to set up the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP); Anita Dunn, the former White House Communications Director for the Obama Administration and Tony Fratto, former Deputy Press Secretary in the Bush White House.
