Training is Very Important
We’ve developed our own six week sales/support “Take Flight” training here at RE/MAX CENTRAL of Las Vegas and we compliment this with ongoing training for our team members. As an example, we had an attorney give a half day presentation this week on the legalities of a Las Vegas Short Sale and how to better support our clients.
The vast majority of our team members are also Certified Distressed Property Experts. “CDPE” training is critical in this foreclosure-driven market. This specialized two day training process helps our Realtors understand the intricacies of dealing with distressed properties, ensuring we can provide better terms of services to our clients.
